Professional people

I spoke to Fred over the phone prior to arriving at the dealer. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I drove 46 miles to see the car. I worked with his manager James. James was accomodating, extremely polite and professional. We closed the deal right there and i drove my new BMW home. The place is clean and staffs are helpful and polite. Fred at Perfect Auto is Great - so is James the Finance Manager. I bought a BEAUTIFUL Mercedes Benz CLS550 with great mileage and a reasonable price. 2007 BMW 335i

I recently purchased a 2007 BMW 335i from Perfect Auto. The sales person, Alex, was very helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all during the buying process. The manager, Mustafa was also extremely friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the customer service throughout the process, especially after I had already purchased the vehicle and had to come back for plates/minor cosmetic repair. Additionally, I thought their prices were very competitive, having done a lot of research before going to buy a car. I highly recommend Perfect Auto.

Pick up Trade

I had a great experience at Perfect Auto. I found a car that I loved, the staff was very attentive and eager to help me with any questions or issues I had. They took a trade-in from me even though it was NOT the type of car that you would see on their lot (a domestic pickup-truck, they specialize in foreign luxury auto). Masumi was very helpful with getting me the price I wanted, a good deal on my trade-in, and helped out with my financing. I think alot of people take their financing woes out on the dealership which is un-fair. These folks have good quality vehicles at great prices. I highly recommend.

BMW 750LI

I recently purchased a 750LI from Perfect Auto and the service was great! Alex was our sales person and he was kind and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in buying. Mustafa was helping as well and he was just as nice. We were able to come to an agreement on the price and he was willing to do what took to make sale happen.
